Do you experience multiple opinions in the workplace that cause gridlock in discussions, the same rigid thinking to specific situations, layer by layer until, over time, these ways of thinking appear to be true, absolute and obvious? The likely results are inactivity that excludes the possibility of flow that ultimately strangles innovation and flexibility.
This interactive workshop will look at the challenges of working in teams in today's multi-cultural and multi-dimensional business world , where your memory, your opinions and beliefs, how you see yourself and others and even your sense of free will, may not be as they seem. The focus will be on getting yourself and your team from a stalled or dead-end perspective to one that has "zoom" and flow in it! Use will be made of visualisations and it would be best if attendees leave the "left brain" at home and come to the workshop willing to investigate using their "right brain".
