EIFFEL Lean Lego Game workshop

Lean is hot, lean is mean or lean is a way to lay-off people. There are lots of definitions about lean and none of the above mentioned is correct. What lean is, you will learn and experience in the lean introduction. This course is specially developed to learn and experience the power of Lean management for students and employees.

The course is presented to you by Lean specialists working for EIFFEL. At EIFFEL we believe in learning by experiencing and if you want to get familiar with Lean in a fun and playful way, you must attend to the Lean Lego Game.

This game is the most important part of the course and is part of the official EIFFEL Lean training program. The game simulates the production process of furniture making company.

The process simulated is at first rather chaotic and under a lot of pressure. Customer satisfaction is low, costs are high and lead times are very long. Also financially the first round is dramatically for the company. But when employees (the attendants) of the entire company use their knowledge of lean and common sense massive improvements are possible. This will be experienced in three rounds.

The course will take place on Monday, February 15th from 13:00 till 16:00 hours. The course has a maximum of 15 students. Be quick because full is full. Please register by sending an email to careerservices@rsm.nl
