Frank Rittgen, Bayer’s Global Head of Mergers, Acquisitions & Licensing, will give an insightful presentation on “Mergers & Acquisitions at Bayer: Managing Global Transactions”, in which he will present a recent transaction and what it takes to win the deal. There will be plenty of time for discussion (and maybe some tricky questions to you). You will have the opportunity to learn about M&A and negotiations, about the Life Science industry, and of course about Bayer and the company’s strategy.

After the presentation, the Bayer team looks forward to getting to know you personally over snacks and drinks.
