How do social entrepreneurs and change agents bring change within their organisations and society at large? How can you win over even the staunchest opposition? Recent studies have shown that it is all about communication skills. How people communicate distinguishes those who realise change from those who are less successful. In this session, you will explore what the techniques behind those skills are, ranging from visionary and affective language to body presence and frequent gesturing. You will get an understanding of these skills based on a practical case, and will then apply a number of the techniques in groups.
