RSM and the Erasmus School of Economics bring together their best researchers in the Erasmus Research Institute of Management (ERIM). ERIM’s mission is to produce scientific research that improves organisational performance in terms of both profitability and sustainability. 350 researchers within ERIM contribute to new knowledge across five core streams: 

• Business Processes, Logistics & Information Systems (LIS); 
• Organisation (ORG) 
• Marketing (MKT) 
• Finance & Accounting (F&A) 
• Strategy (STR)
