A bus full of MBA and Masters in Financial Management (MFM) students from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University (RSM) gave their full and unconditional support to team members competing in the 22nd annual MBA Tournament (MBAT) at HEC Paris recently.

The distinctive orange colours of the RSM team, giving their enthusiastic support to competitors and during social events, resulted in the MBAT Sportsmanship Award for RSM, in addition to two gold medals in the swimming competition for MBA13 student Giulia Celani.

The RSM team competed against 14 top business schools from Europe in sports, games and activities including table football, badminton, basketball, beach volley, chess, rock climbing, cross country, cricket, dodge ball, football, golf, handball, pétanque, rowing, rugby, salsa, squash, swimming, table tennis, tennis, tug-of-war and ultimate Frisbee.

More than 1,000 students from Europe’s top business schools attending the event created a great networking platform. Students got to know each other in an informal setting whilst enjoying the sports, dinners and parties, and RSM’s orange shirts made sure that RSM students didn’t go un-noticed!
