RSM Insight 10 now published

In times of economic downturn, we need more firms and individuals with strong entrepreneurial orientations. We need entrepreneurs to trailblaze new opportunities and develop the innovative breakthroughs necessary to give the economy of Europe a much-needed boost.

So says, Prof. Henk Volberda, editor-in-chief of RSM Insight in his introduction to the latest edition, in which entrepreneurialism is a strong theme.

Articles in this issue, all based on the latest research from RSM’s world-leading faculty members, focus on:

  • How companies can manage the downside of goal orientation diversity within teams;
  • An exploration of the key challenges for multinationals that may be looking to relocate some or all of its HQ functions across borders;
  • The value to marketeers in offering quality personalisation to customers online;
  • The role of strategic ambiguity when marketing to minority groups;
  • How private equity stimulates entrepreneurial management in management buy-outs;
  • The importance of managing entrepreneurial orientation in firms.

In addition, a special focus is given to the importance of family-run businesses in the global economy and the crucial role to be played by the soon-to-be-launched Erasmus Centre for Family Business in understanding the dynamics driving these firms.
