Stuiveling, Saskia J.

Mrs. Stuiveling is president of the Netherlands Court of Audit, a position she has held since 1999.

Born in 1945 in Hilversum, she became member of the Court of Audit in 1984.

Prior to this, she was member of the Senate, State Secretary for the Interior from 1981 until 1982, and worked for the Lower House.

Mrs. Stuiveling almost completed her law studies and has a degree in Business Administration from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.

Before joining the central government, she worked as personal assistant to the mayor of the city of Rotterdam.

Mrs. Stuiveling holds several additional volunteer functions mainly in the field of refugee care and development cooperation, and art and culture.
