SENIOR LEADERSHIP TEAM, EXECUTIVE BOARD & ADVISORY BOARD

RSM’s Senior Leadership Team is composed of senior academics and staff. It supports the Dean in setting directions, formulating policies and executing strategic choices.

The Senior Leadership Team interacts with various bodies within the School. Those are the democratically-elected Faculty Council of staff and student representatives with an advisory role, the Programme Committee which monitors educational programmes and advises on decisions regarding educational matters, and the Examination Board responsible for students’ attainments and the application of Dutch education law.

The Executive Board decides on day-to-day issues of the school, monitors the progress of strategic initiatives, and initiates new ones.

The Leadership Team also works closely with our Advisory Board of distinguished leaders from business and the public sector. Its goal is to connect RSM with issues and practices of management in business, to ensure our educational programmes serve the needs of business, that our research makes an impact on business practices, and our corporate partners, students and alumni benefit from their ideas, knowledge and advice. This influential group provides an on-going pipeline of ideas, knowledge and advice that serves to shape RSM’s strategic agendas. Members are high level managers from corporate industries, NGOs, and the political arena.
