Internship/ thesis assignment form
Registration of your internship with the Career Services is mandatory. You can do this by submitting a completed form BEFORE you start with the company. You can download this form here.

Confidentiality form
Your master thesis will be published automaticallyat the BIC. Should the company objects to this you can submit a request for confidentiality. In that case your thesis will be published after a period of two years.
You can submit such a request to the Examination Board (T5-41). You can download this form here.

Internship Agreements
It is important to confirm all agreements in writing. This is done in the form of an internship contract. Besides several practical matters, such a contract could also contain intrinsic points. Below you can print out examples of such  contracts and adapt them to yours' and the company's wishes.

If you are a non-EEA student the company NO longer needs to apply for a work permit. However, you do need the following internship agreement.
