Internships

Please note that you must be an RSM student in order to qualify for any of the posted internships.

  • Please also note that internships available to Bachelors students are marked with and * in the overviews.

We facilitate many different kinds of internships; local, international, part-time, full-time, in profit and non-profit organisations, both paid and unpaid.

Bachelor internship

  • 10 weeks/420 hours
  • 1st trimester 3rd year possibly in combination with summer
  • Research-driven
  • 15 ECTS (study credits)

MScIM / CEMS internship

  • 10 weeks full-time
  • During or after the master programme
  • Relevant professional experience in an international environment
  • No study credits but compulsory component in programme

Master thesis research internship

  • Duration and period to be decided by company and master student
  • Research-driven with a question from an academic perspective
  • Using theoretical concepts to make recommendations and carrying out practical tests
  • No study credits

Voluntary internship

  • Any period or duration agreed upon with company
  • Can be research-driven or work
  • Gain work experience and improve CV
  • No study credits

 

Interns from non-EEA countries no longer need to apply for a work permit if they want to do an internship in The Netherlands. All you need is an internship agreement.  If you want specific information about internship requirements, please read the relevant information for Bachelor (IBA / BA), Master or CEMS.
