Poster Submission

Poster Submission

Deadline for submission

Proposals for poster presentation must be submitted by midnight on Tuesday, 2 June 2015.

Proposal review, selection, and status notification

All submissions will be reviewed by members of the Program Committee, assigned based on their expertise in the subject area. Poster submitters will be notified of the acceptance (or rejection) of their poster on Friday, 5 June 2015.

Posters that discuss new scientific findings are especially encouraged, but also submissions containing work-in-progress will be taken into consideration. The poster presentations will be collected as non-copyrighted, digital conference proceedings.

Submitter responsibilities

Only the person who submits the poster will receive correspondence relating to the submission. Submitter information is only used for communications about the submission, such as notification of acceptance or rejection of the proposal. As the submitter of the poster, please notify all your co-authors of its status.

Poster presentation format descriptions

Posters should be 841 x 594 mm (height x width; ISO 216 defined A1-size). Print your poster in upright (portrait) orientation, as this best fits the presentation boards at the Erasmus Energy Forum. We encourage the incorporation in posters of illustrative materials such as tables, graphs, photographs, and large-print text. Please bring copies of your paper to the meeting (25 copies or more recommended).

Posters will be on display during lunch, coffee breaks and the evening reception.
