Where does the programme take place?
Most of the programmes take place at the Rotterdam School of Management, J-building, Erasmus University, Rotterdam. If not, it will be mentioned explicitly in the programme information on the website.
How many people will be attending my programme?
10 to 16 people is the average group size, but it does depend on the programme. RSM tends to keep its programmes small to ensure that your needs are met.
Do your programmes attract many international participants?
Yes, almost all of our programmes attract international participants. If not stated differently in the programme desciription on the website, all of the courses will be taught in English.
What preparation is required before I come to the programme?
For most of our programmes there is some pre-programme work and reading which needs to be completed before coming to RSM. Once admitted each participant will receive more precise information directly from the Programme Manager. This will include information on all pre-programme work and in some cases a link to a dedicated programme website.
How can I settle my tuition fee?
Once admitted you will receive an invoice which we ask you to settle within 30 days after receipt.

What does the programme fee include?
Programme fee includes tuition, programme materials, lunch and catering during the programme, and certificate of participation. Hotel accommodation is not included.
How do I get to RSM?

What parking facilities are there at RSM?
You can park in any available visitor space on campus at Erasmus University. However, please be advised that parking spaces are limited. If you are staying in the Novotel during the week, we recommend that you leave your car at the Novotel (5 min. walk).
Is my hotel booked by RSM or should I book it myself?
We advise you to book a room at Novotel Rotterdam Brainpark located adjacent to the university campus. The fees for your hotel accommodation will have to be settled by you at check-out.
What is the dress code at RSM?
The dress code is casual.
Should I bring my laptop to RSM?
You will not need to bring a laptop to be able to participate in your programme. We also have an ‘Internet corner’ (several computers already connected to the Internet) set up on the ground floor of our building to for your use outside of programme hours.
Is wireless Internet available?
Yes. Should you decide to bring a laptop or other mobile computing device, you will be able to access the Internet once you receive a guest login and password (at no extra charge) These facilities are at your disposal for the duration of the programme., We do not encourage using your laptop during the class sessions other than required by the lecturer.
What meals are provided?
During the programmes, RSM provides you with a sit-down lunch buffet. Breakfasts and dinners are generally not provided, unless the pre-course correspondence specifically mentions otherwise (sometimes, one dinner is included).
Who do I inform about special dietary preferences?
Once you have enrolled in the programme, you should inform the programme manager on any special dietary preferences.
Does RSM report any information regarding my performance to my employer ?
No.
