Curriculum

This Master class is divided over three days as follows:

·       Day 1 Fundamentals of Financial Reporting: an overview of the rules of the game and key players in the IR process, including the specific challenges companies currently face in view of the recent financial crisis and developments in stakeholder engagement.

·       Day 2 takes you one step further and explains the mechanisms applied by firms and their counterparts regarding ‘valuation’; we will also cover frequent irrational reactions of financial markets to financial information.

Day 3 will focus on two highly relevant issues all IR specialists, and their colleagues in corporate communication, currently have to deal with: executive remuneration and corporate social responsibility (including Integrated Reporting).
