Luca Berchicci is Associate Professor of Strategic Management at the Department of Strategic Management & Entrepreneurship at RSM. Luca is the academic director of the General Counsel Executive Programme. His research focuses at crossroads between strategy, innovation and entrepreneurship for corporate growth with a strong interest in corporate sustainability. Prof. Pursey Heugens
Professor Pursey Heugens, Professor of Organisation Theory, Development, and Change at RSM has won numerous awards for research and teaching. His work in RSM’s Department of Strategy and Entrepreneurship has broken new ground in discovering what makes organisations effective, leading to a new wave of assessment, analysis and guidance. Dr Vareska van de Vrande
Vareska van de Vrande is Associate Professor of Strategic Management at the Department of Strategic Management & Entrepreneurship at RSM. Vareska holds a MSc and PhD (2007) in Industrial Engineering and Management Science from the Eindhoven University of Technology. Her research focuses on several aspects of corporate entrepreneurship, such as the use of different organisational forms for external technology sourcing, corporate venture capital investments, strategic alliances, joint ventures, and mergers and acquisitions. Dr Anna Nadolska
Anna Nadolska-den Ouden is Assistant Professor of Strategic Management at RSM. Anna joined the department upon completion of her PhD in internationalisation through mergers and acquisitions at Tilburg University. Her research focuses on corporate development activities, and how firms can learn to undertake them more successfully with a particular interest in the role of top management teams in that process. Her broad portfolio of courses encompasses corporate development in the Master’s program as well as international management and industrial organisation in bachelor programs. View profile

Prof. Cees van Riel
Cees van Riel is a professor of corporate communication at RSM. He has been active as a consultant in the areas of corporate branding, reputation management and employee alignment for more than two decades, working for companies including Rabobank, ING, Philips, TNT, AkzoNobel, FedEx, Petrobras, Vale, Coca Cola, Master Card, and Baker & McKenzie. Cees' most recent research focuses on employee alignment and the factors that determine industry reputation.  His research has been widely published with articles appearing in, among others, the Academy of Management Journal. Dr Marc Baaij
Marc Baaij is an Associate Professor of Strategic Management at RSM. He is also the academic director of RSM's Executive Master in Science in Business Administration programme. Marc was a strategy consultant and research manager of the Dutch office of the Boston Consulting Group. He also worked for IBM in the Netherlands. Marc is the author of ‘The Consultancy Method: From Problem to Solution’ (2011, currently in Dutch only) and co-author of ‘The Craft of Strategy Formation: Translating Business Issues into Actionable Strategies’ (2007). Prof. Hans van Oosterhout
Hans van Oosterhout is Professor of Corporate Governance and Responsibility at the Department of Strategic Management & Entrepreneurship at RSM. His research is in comparative corporate governance, between different national corporate governance systems, and between different forms of enterprise organisation. His current research focuses on how jurisdiction level institutions shape the respective role of owners and executives in publicly listed firms, and on the corporate governance challenges and practices of professional partnerships, family firms, and philanthropic organisations. Prof. Geert Raaijmakers
Geert Raaijmakers is a partner at NautaDutilh in Amsterdam. He focuses on corporate governance, corporate structuring and joint ventures, but also on pension fund governance. His clients include ABN AMRO, NIBC, SNS REAAL, Delta, Kardan, Vodafone, APG, Prada Benelux and other (listed) companies and financial institutions. Furthermore he assists boards of both listed and unlisted companies in performing their self-assessments. Geert is also professor of corporate and securities law at the VU University in Amsterdam. He writes regularly on developments in corporate governance.

Dr Meir Shemla
Meir Shemla is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Organisation and Personnel Management, Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University (RSM).He received his PhD in Work & Organisational Psychology in 2011. His work focuses on the impact of team composition on team performance, and he has particular interest in how diversity in teams can be leveraged to increase innovation and performance. Dr Wendy van Ginkel
Wendy van Ginkel is an assistant professor of organisational behaviour at RSM. Her research interests include team leadership, team decision making, shared cognition, and diversity. Wendy van Ginkel is a member of the Erasmus Centre for Leadership studies. Her research has been published in a number of major academic journals including Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Organization Science, and The Leadership Quarterly. View profile
