The Consulting Process

Initial consultation and proposal
 The first consultation meeting is conducted free of charge by an Organisational Development Consultant from EEOD. The purpose is to gain a solid understanding of your request and identify which of our specialist consultants is best suited to working on the project. We will then provide you with a proposal outlining our initial recommendations and an estimate of the fees necessary to proceed. 

Engagement of specialist consultant for precision diagnosis
 Once you have decided to proceed to the next phase, we will introduce you to the specialist(s) we believe to be the most suited to your project. The specialist consultant will then conduct a deeper diagnostic analysis in order to provide a set of clear recommendations. The length of time this phase will take depends on the complextity of your issue and the work involved. 

Scoping of implementation phase and re-contracting
 In many cases, the client company will choose to implement the recommendations of the specialist consultant on their own, with the specialist continuing to act in an advisory capacity only. However, should you wish RSM to manage the implementation of any recommendations, this can be contracted for at this point. 

Implementation Phase
 The recommendations are implemented as agreed 

Evaluation and feedback 
 Regular feedback will be sought throughout the proces with an additional evaluation conducted by the RSM Project Manager on completion of the project.
