Executive Education & Organisational Development Open Day

For a number of years the Executive Education and Organisational Development (EEOD) department at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University (RSM) has been hosting HR Networking Events which bring together industry leaders, academic thinkers and experienced practitioners to share ideas and insights on a range of learning and development issues and challenges.

This autumn, RSM is pleased to invite you to take part in our first ever EEOD Open Day which will provide you with the opportunity to gain new insights, share ideas and network with peers in a variety of learning formats. As with the HR Networking Events, we are pleased to provide this opportunity free of charge but please note that due to the interactive nature of many of the sessions, places are limited so early registration is recommended.

9 Sessions, 3 learning formats, 1 day to try them all

The Open Day will operate in three learning streams, each offering a different learning format. Delegates can choose a total of three sessions to attend, enabling you to put together a personalised programme that suits your interests and learning style. Afterwards, you are also invited to stay and enjoy a drink with your fellow delegates and continue what we hope are lively discussions and debates.

Stream 1: Thought Leadership Seminars
Lecture style format, delivered by RSM faculty who are expert in their field. Come along for new insights and ideas that may challenge your current ways of thinking.

Stream 2: ‘How To' Workshops
Practically focused workshops delivered by RSM Learning Consultants from EEOD. Sign up for one or more workshops if you're looking for practical tips, tricks and take-aways you can apply to your own work. To ensure the interactive nature of the workshop, places are limited to 12 participants.

Stream 3: Facilitated Round Table Sessions
If you've ever wished you could just get a few HR peers around a table to share ideas on current challenges; this is the format for you! A starter topic is provided by the RSM facilitator but it's entirely up to your group where the discussion goes. To ensure the interactive nature of the round tables, places are limited to 12 participants.
