Too old to learn?

Josette de Goede, Executive Director of Executive Education & Organisational Development participated in a round table discussion on the topics of lifelong learning and job mobility in the context of delayed retirement. In BNR’s programme ‘Carriére’, where she argued that continuous personal development is key to increasing added value for companies. Currently even ‘older’ employees are very motivated to learn – companies should take this into consideration when discussing and setting up development programmes, and be encouraged by the gouvernment to do so.
