Cokky Hilhorst studied Artificial Intelligence at Utrecht University, where she specialised in mathematical logic and theoretical computer science.
In September 1995 she was a research student at Cambridge University, King’s College. She works in management consultancy at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
The majority of her work involves advising senior management on large IT projects, IT portfolio management, IT strategy and IT governance and architecture issues.
She served as a reviewer in Strategic Management of IS for ECIS (2005, 2006) and ICIS (2008) and as an associate editor for ICIS 2009, Track Economics and Information Systems.
In 2006 she was a participant of the European Conference on Information Systems Doctoral Consortium, Göteborg, Sweden.
