All over the world marketing activities touch and influence people’s lives, as individuals and businesses attempt to sell, buy or exchange goods and services. On the long run companies will only survive if they create value for their customers. This creates enormous challenges and opportunities for marketeers.
Today the dynamic nature of marketing has become even more evident. Changing consumer preferences, emerging technologies, increased globalization and changing management structures have dramatically changed the way we do business. These changes will continue to have a significant impact on the marketing process in the years to come.
