Betina Szkudlarek is Assistant Professor of Cross-Cultural Management in the department of Organization and Personnel Management. She obtained her PhD in Management (cum laude) from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University in 2008. Her research, teaching and training expertise is in the areas of Cross-Cultural Management, Intercultural Communication, Management of Diversity and International HRM.
