I have developed several Operations/Logistics Management teaching cases:

The Stent Supply Chain at Erasmus Medical Center
This teaching case lets students analyze the current working of a medical supply chain where the product assortiment is wide, slow-moving, expensive, and perishable; and where product availability is of the utmost importance. It gives students also the opportunity to conceptually redesign the supply chain. The cases offers a rich platform to learn about such basic supply chain management concepts and issues as inventory policies, replenishment strategies, inter-organizational collaboration, datasharing, trust, and contracting.
