TING-KUAN CHEN

"As I strive for excellence in the job market, I mix academic depth and practical experience. I also want to broaden my world view and learn to communicate with people from different countries. Hence, I chose the Netherlands, an open and diverse culture, and RSM, an outstanding and well ranked business school."

Masters in Financial Management

The Masters in Financial Management programme combines theory and practice – giving ambitious participants the proper tools for financial decision-making, from a managerial perspective. The MFM recipe consists of highly interactive courses, workshops, and guest lectures by top financial specialists; this aids in the effective identification, analysis, and resolution of finance-related issues faced by corporate firms and financial institutions.

The Masters in Financial Management programme is designed to:

  • Enhance your knowledge and teach new competencies by combining theory and practice.  You will learn more about financial theory and its applications. You will learn new competencies by gaining valuable hands-on experience during the courses.
  • Enhance your professional network by composing an internationally and socially diverse group. This class of ambitious professionals will help each other by cooperating in group work and they will learn from each other by sharing different views and experiences.
  • Bridge the gap between class floors and work floors by comprising a mix of teachers from the academic and business world and by organizing relevant guest lectures and workshops. We want to enable our participants to make the connection between the academic world and the business world. We want to deliver top graduates to the financial centres of Europe and our graduates to succeed in their careers.
