Who is this programme for?
This one year, full-time specialisation of the MSc in Business Administration is designed for recent business bachelor graduates with an interest in the people within organisations and an ambition to acquire an in-depth understanding of current Human Resource Management (HRM) practices.

It focuses on integrating HRM practices into an organisation’s strategy, in part by taking account of the latest insights, including organisational behaviour, from empirical research, theory, and practice.
