Who is this programme for?
Organisations are in a constant state of change and graduates are needed to help organisations cope with these changes. The MScBA Organisational Change & Consulting is aimed at recent graduates with a business bachelor who are fascinated by change and the role of change agents.
What does this programme offer?
This one-year (12 month) full-time study programme provides an understanding of how to research and analyse business processes and the management skills to implement change. It includes exposure to real business environments and results in enhanced career opportunities. You will conclude the programme with a highly marketable degree: MSc in Business Administration.
Please note
The MScBA Organisational Change & Consulting is in the process of being accredited as a separate degree. Until this process is finalised, it will be offered as a specialisation of the MSc Business Administration and graduates will receive the accredited MSc in Business Administration. The curriculum will remain the same.
