Application requirements & process
The application deadline for the International Full-time MBA is
Monday, 4 October 2010. Applications received after that date will be processed where possible (Visa’s can’t be guaranteed).

You will have a global outlook, the desire to participate in a shared learning experience that requires active engagement, and the potential and the desire to pursue a global career.
To be eligible for the MBA programme you must be able to demonstrate:
- Professional achievements and goals: a minimum of three years post-graduate work experience and clear professional targets.
- Academic excellence: a university degree or equivalent, together with a recent GMAT score.
- An international outlook: the ability to work and interact with people from significantly diverse cultures and backgrounds.
- English proficiency: strong knowledge of English. If English is not your mother tongue, a TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language), IELTS (International English Language Testing System) or PTE (Pearson Test of English) Academic, may be required to support your application.
- Personal qualities: leadership potential, strong communication skills, drive, maturity, creativity, adaptability, independence and self-confidence.
RSM has a rolling admissions process. This means that applicants can apply throughout the year and decisions are issued year-round. After an initial selection, candidates with strong credentials will be invited for an admissions interview, conducted by an alumnus, staff member or faculty member (on location if possible) for further evaluation. Motivation, communication and interpersonal skills are assessed during the interview.
Final admissions decisions are made after receipt of the interview comments. In general, the entire review process takes approximately four to six weeks following the receipt of your completed application package.

To apply for RSM’s International Full-Time MBA Programme we require the following documentation:
- Fully completed application form
- 2 passport-size photos
- Copy of passport photo page
- Three mandatory essays (and one optional)
- Two letters of recommendation completed on reference forms provided
- Official transcript and diplomas from a university or higher education Institution
- Official GMAT score report*
- TOEFL**, IELTS or PTE score*** (Optional)
- Non-refundable application fee of €100 (paper version) and €50 (online version) is required
