It's a new era for business, and a new era for business education. At RSM, we are leading the charge in terms of how to prepare future leaders for a changing global economy – one that requires a new model of leadership and governance.
When you study for your MBA in Europe, you learn against a backdrop of what is arguably the world's most diverse continent, with an unparalleled plurality of language, culture, and economic development impacting every aspect of daily business relations. In Europe, just as diversity and complexity are understood as an inherent part of business, so are broader stakeholder management issues. European business is setting the pace for the rest of the world in terms of how to integrate people, planet and profit into overall strategy.
This is what we call the European perspective on business, and it is embedded in RSM’s 12-month International Full-Time MBA Programme.
In our programme, you gain extensive knowledge of all the functional areas that underpin the Western business model. But you also learn best practices from around the world. You gain an understanding of business from every angle, across every market – from New Delhi to New York.
Environmental, social and governance issues are reflected in every aspect of the programme, providing you with the mindset and management skills required to sustainably produce long-term profit.
And because we believe that effective leadership in global business is not just an intellectual pursuit but requires experience, our MBA programme provides unparalleled opportunities to learn in practice the impact of culture on business relations and how to handle these in your future negotiations. You will be both informed, and transformed in how you manage yourself and others.
At RSM, we say that we educate our MBAs to be big picture thinkers, and global players. These are the leaders sought after by international companies today.
We invite you to learn more about what makes the RSM MBA so unique.
