During global residencies, you will learn from local faculty as well as local government and business leaders, gaining authentic insights into the issues surrounding business in that region. Upon graduation, you will receive an MBA degree from RSM – ranked amongst Europe’s top 10 schools by the Financial Times – and the OneMBA qualification from five renowned institutes.
Flexibility for executive agendas
The OneMBA is presented in a modular format designed to fit in with demanding professional and personal schedules. The programme is conducted in five modules held over 21-months and includes eleven extended local four-day residencies and four week-long global residencies. Additional work is conducted through e-learning and virtual networks.
Global curriculum
The Global Executive MBA curriculum integrates perspectives and best practices from each world region. Global residencies are held in the US, Europe, Latin America (Brazil and Mexico), and Asia. You will gain an insider’s view of the local business environment.
Global peers, global network
As a OneMBA participant, you will work in local and global teams throughout the programme. Teams consist of senior executives from each of the geographically-dispersed partner schools. Developing improved face-to-face, virtual teamwork and project management skills as well as strong personal and professional networks are focal elements of the learning design.
Executive learning
Interactive Dialogue: Our OneMBA executives bring a wealth of experience and knowledge into the programme. Courses are presented in an interactive seminar mode to maximise the sharing of this knowledge. Take part in challenging, structured dialogue facilitated by international faculty. Small-scale classes foster the engagement of all our participating OneMBA executives.
Executive Guest Speakers: To keep abreast of current events, modules include executive guest speakers from major and innovative organisations. Executive guests participate in formal classes, in-site visits or as dinner speakers.
Personal Coaching: In conjunction with the Personal Leadership Development programme, OneMBA executives have the opportunity for confidential, one-on-one discussions with an experienced coach throughout the programme.
