In the third and final semester, students will acquire knowledge how to improve a firm’s reputation. Next to it, student will explore the role and importance of information and communication technology (ICT) in connecting people and businesses and in this way students will explore how the future company will look like. However, the writing of a master thesis will be the most important part of the semester. Working to a structured schedule, students will complete their individual thesis and graduate in December. During a graduation ceremony we will acknowledge and celebrate the achievements of students.
This second year will again start with a challenge. Addressing the issue of how organisations can protect their reputations, the course explores how communication strategies can help align corporate interests with those of internal and external stakeholders.
Participants will learn how future advances in ICT might affect organisations and society. In the course, selected topics will be discussed. Students will explore the function of information- and communications technology and the ways in which it affects how people and businesses communicate and cooperate. Presented from both organisational and societal perspectives, the course will provide students with insights that can serve as a basis for further elaboration during working life.
