At RSM we offer a dynamic environment for you to acquire management knowledge and skills. The GM programme is an intensive programme, where you’ll work hard under the supervision of committed high caliber professors. Three elements form the core of the programme:

Practical Relevance & Academic Rigour

To ensure that what you learn is relevant, and that you'll know how to apply the knowledge and skills acquired at RSM, we've integrated the real world at every stage of the programme: 'learning by doing'. At the same time we want you to acquire a solid foundation for academic and analytical thinking culminating in your final master thesis. The GM programme combines academic rigour with practical application and immediate business focus. 

Interdisciplinary

GM allows you to combine your disciplinary bachelor with the latest management knowledge and thinking. Your class mates will originate from all sorts of disciplines such as engineering, sciences, medicine, law and languages, allowing for synergy between the different backgrounds, actively used by professors. In addition business administration itself is interdisciplinary in nature, heavily influenced by disciplines such as economics, psychology, operational research and so on. Companies are actively seeking broadly equipped graduates in a increasingly complex world.

International

Students from all over the world attend our GM programme. In recent cohorts we had up to 25 nationalities in class and RSM as a whole represents over 80 nationalities. Course content is international by definition, using literature and examples from many different countries, ensuring that you can pursue a career at a multinational company as easily as join a national organization. In addition various courses focus on the development of your intercultural competencies.
