MSc Human Resource Management

Who is this programme for? 

This one year, full-time MSc in Human Resource Management is designed for recent bachelor graduates in business administration, economics, psychology, sociology or HRM with an interest in the people within organisations and an ambition to acquire an in-depth understanding of current Human Resource Management (HRM) practices.

This internationally-oriented programme from one of Europe's top ten business schools contains the very latest concepts taught by respected international faculty. It focuses on integrating HRM practices into an organisation’s strategy, in part by taking account of the latest insights, including organisational behaviour, from empirical research, theory, and practice. 

Upon graduation, students will receive RSM’s MSc degree in Human Resource Management.
