Graduates of RSM’s MSc in Management of Innovation can support top management and technical people from R&D, product design, marketing and engineering activities to integrate various functions within the company. Careers of Management of Innovation alumni

Graduates of RSM’s MSc in Management of Innovation are employed in a wide range of jobs in innovation management, with most fitting the profile of product manager or new business developer, and taking part in defining overall product strategy. More importantly, he or she identifies, develops and specifies product and service features and innovations.

Students with a technical pre-master qualification are often employed as product managers in large industrial companies such as Chorus or DSM. Non-technical MScBA students often perform similar functions at service or software consultancy companies such as LogicaCMG, or gradually grow into the function of product manager at industrial companies through other roles, for example, in marketing and sales.
