THE MARKETING ASSOCIATION (MAEUR) 

MAEUR is a student-led organisation exclusively for marketing students at RSM and the Erasmus School of Economics (ESE). MAEUR aims to strengthen the link between marketing students and marketing practice, and also co-organises social activities such as the programme kick-off. Working with this association provides an excellent way to experience organising events, improve your management skills, and interact with marketing professionals and recruiters from large companies. 

 Events include: 

• Marketing and advertising conferences, workshop and training events (in-company), Erasmus Marketing Thesis Award, Dutch National Marketing Case Competition, Marketing Training Cycle, B2B Marketing master classes, and the annual International Research Project 

• And finally, to ensure marketing students do not forget to enjoy themselves, social events, dinners, drinks and parties.

MAEUR also edits and produces the marketing magazine “Markeur” which discusses the latest developments in marketing. 

STAR – VIRTUAL BUSINESS LIFE 

STAR is the student liaison and study mentoring group within RSM. With more than 6,500 members and 1,000 overseas members, STAR is the largest study association in the Netherlands and one of the largest in Europe. Operating like a virtual organisation, STAR brings you unique opportunities to practice turning your ideas into commercial realities. 

STAR brings together the entire student body to greatly enrich student life with a full line-up of social and career-oriented events held throughout the year. STAR has exceptionally close relations with the corporate world and regularly invites leaders in international business and politics to meet our students via activities such as Management Week, Business Week and other Career Days.
