The MSc in Organisational Change & Consulting produces capable graduates who are frequently sought out by recruiters from top companies. Our graduates are, without exception, individuals who combine intellectual curiosity about the nature of modern complex organisations with practical entrepreneurial skills geared towards changing such social systems. They typically choose one of four alternative career paths:

• change manager in a public or private organisation like the Rotterdam Port Authority or the Ministry of Economic Affairs;   
• joining a prominent management advisory firm, such as KPMG, Deloitte or PricewaterhouseCoopers;   
• internal consultant in a leading national or multinational company to initiate and implement change 'from the inside out';   
• founding their own management advisory business, or becoming a business partner in one, to work with clients and on assignments that best match their personal interests and qualities.
