Secrets of the Social Entrepreneur

Interactive session - the dos and don'ts of social entrepreneurship

Friday 28 February 2014 at 14:00 hrs
Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University (RSM) Woudestein campus T3-20

Our guest speakers are social entrepreneurs who have been there, know the common pitfalls and have managed to survive!

They want to show you

  • how to promote knowledge sharing
  • how to generate solutions to common problems
  • how to generate tools for success.

If you’re a student or a social entrepreneur, this is your opportunity to question business leaders about going your own way as an entrepreneur, and making a contribution to society.

Speakers

  • Marcello Palazzi, founder and President of the Progressio Foundation for human progress will discuss what it means to be a social entrepreneur
  • Entrepreneur Jente de Vries, one of the two behind Kromkommer’s crowdfunding campaign to launch a line of soups and sauces made from vegetables destined for waste. Jente and her business partner Lisanne van Zwol won the 2013 RSM Distinguished Alumni Award.
