A concrete issue must be identified within your organisation that is practically and strategically relevant, requiring you to frame and identify the central issues, and determine the most appropriate solution. You will begin the brainstorming process on a potential topic towards the end of your first year in the programme, with input from your company/peers and academic supervisor. This is your test in translating new knowledge across multiple disciplines into one cohesive and practical strategy.
