For those considering participating in the OneMBA, gaining their company’s support is vital. Participants are away from work while attending classes and residencies. However, companies receive immediate benefits in the form of their employee’s sharpened focus, new ideas, and expanding contacts, as well as direct results from applied projects within their organisation. Full or partial corporate financial support is recommended, but not required.

Corporate perspective: For the OneMBA, companies usually consider:

Mid- to senior-level managers
Employees with strong potential to advance into senior executive roles
Employees whose career path reflects increasing global responsibilities that require OneMBA skills and knowledge

Employee perspective: Employees considering the OneMBA programme must be highly-motivated to increase their corporate value.
