Programme Structure CUMBA & RSM

Starting at CUMBA first

CUMBA students who have successfully completed the first year of the program (including all core course requirements) are eligible to apply for the Dual Degree Program at RSM.

Students who are admitted to the Dual Degree Program will subsequently take 2 terms of graduate business instruction at RSM for 6 months.

At RSM they can choose concentration and elective options such as the following:

Starting at RSM first

RSM MBA students who have successfully completed the first two terms of the RSM MBA programme including “Personal Leadership Development” and all core requirements are eligible to participate in the Dual Degree Program at CUMBA. 

These students will subsequently take at least 30 credit hours of graduate business instruction at CUHK including the following courses: Management Competences and Current Perspectives, Corporate Financial Reporting, and Strategic Information Systems (for students not electing a concentration), and up to eight MBA electives. 

Students in the Dual Degree Program who begin their education at RSM may elect to pursue a concentration in China Business during their studies at CUHK, to be recognized on their CUHK transcript. Recognition of the China Business concentration will be granted subject to satisfactory completion of the CUHK concentration requirements.
