The MBA Career Development Centre makes it easy for you to create an effective, professional CV and cover letter with this web-based platform. Students can enter information as prompted, which is automatically formatted into the RSM template. Companies worldwide look at these CVs to identify Summer Associate and Full-time candidates. 

Online Job Search 

Internships and permanent positions are posted on behalf of corporate recruiters on our intranet site. 

• The RSM Job Posting Platform promotes jobs exclusively to our students and those at our partner schools. Define your own job alerts so you will be automatically contacted when a new vacancy is posted
• Global Workplace is an international site specifically designed for students and alumni from the world's top business schools. Access a database of international jobs for MBAs and executives as well as a calendar of event
• MBA-Direct gives recruiters a sophisticated Search & Match technology to create a shortlist of candidates who meet their criteria
•  MBA-Exchange.com enables you to search jobs, define job alerts, submit your CV to a confidential matching service, research companies and industries, network with peers, and more. MBA-Exchange.com supports both the RSM online CV platform and the RSM job-posting platform
• MBA-Focus provides students with the ability to connect with employers. Students can post a resume and search for local, regional, and national job openings
• European MBAs allows you to make your profile available to recruiters who can screen candidates. The service is operated by MBA-Direct/Executives-Direct

Our MBA Career Development team subscribes to several online career resources that offer up-to-date career and industry information at your fingertips. You will gain free access to the following sites: 

• Vault: Free access for our students to Vault's award-winning content online. Browse 31 industry guides, get in-depth insider information on leading companies in finance, consulting and general industry, and learn how to network and market yourself effectively. Vault also offers research on 2,500 companies, 56 occupation profiles, company Q&A’s, and real-life profiles and tools for salary benchmarking. 
• Hobsons: The Career Development Centre subscribes to Hobsons, a site offering information on education and career resources worldwide. 
• Going Global: Going Global is the leading provider of country-specific career and employment information for professionals interested in working outside of their home countries. The Going Global country career guides provide professional advice and insider tips for 28 countries on topics such as employment trends, recruiters, staffing agencies, work permit regulations, salary ranges, resume writing guidelines, professional and trade associations, and cultural advice. Included in the subscription is the TraveLOG e-Newsletter.
