Your Personal Brand

Our Career Focus Week, an important part of your Personal Leadership Development (PLD) programme, develops your skills in handling specific job interviews; explores and builds your mid- to long-term career objectives; and helps you develop your own personal brand for the international job market. 

During this week you will experience role-plays and workshops designed and run by experienced recruiters from international organisations, participate in mock interviews and attend panel discussions lead by RSM students and alumni. Faculty and staff members will give feedback and discuss theoretical issues including the underlying principles of strategic recruitment and selection by companies.

Your CV 

Our strategy is to empower you with the skills to create an effective CV now and for the rest of your career. We do this via intensive workshops, the RSM CV platform, and our guide on the RSM intranet. 

Ultimately, your success depends upon the effort and commitment you put into the entire career planning process. This starts with self-assessment and research into the international job market, and progresses as you define your job search strategy, submit job applications and attend interviews. Ideally, you will have the opportunity to work in a position leading to your “dream job” as a Summer Associate.
