Since February 2005 Luciana is doing her PhD at Business-Society Management Department. The objective of her research project is to analyze how companies distribute attention to their stakeholders and capital providers and what are the explanatory factors for firms’ attention structures and their effects on organizational strategies. In addition, Luciana is also interested in studying the impact of trust on firms’ reputation and legitimacy.
Luciana holds a Bachelor degree in Economics and a Master’s degree in Business Administration both from the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, Brazil. Her PhD is financed by CAPES / Ministry of Education of Brazil.
