Wendy van Ginkel is Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior in the department of Organization and Personnel Management. She received her M.A. (cum laude) in the field of Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the University of Amsterdam in 2002. In 2007 she received her PhD (cum laude) at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. Her research interests include team functioning, team leadership, team decision making, shared cognition, and diversity. She currently teaches “Research Challenges” and “Managerial and Group Decision Making” in the HRM Master and “People in Organizations” in the HRM Minor.
