SMART PM&E and Impact Measurement

SMART PM&E and Impact Measurement

In collaboration with impact researchers of the Erasmus School of Economics (dr. Kellie Liket and dr. Karen Maas) we will continue to further increase fundamental and practical insights in the monitoring and evaluation of partnerships. We have started this project in 2015 with defining a number of impact loops which further build on previous frames developed by the PrC on defining a general logic model for partnerships. The efficiency and effectiveness dimensions were further defined. In the coming period, the project will in particular focus on making these insights more practical and link them with two of the PrC projects: the PPPLab and PEP project.

This will lead to an academic article on social impact measurement and at least two deliverables for practitioners: a practical guide with tips and other insights on how to measure social impact of partnerships and a booklet on insights into M&E tensions / paradoxes and how to manage them.
