Executive training and lectures

In the past four years the PrC has developed a number of executive training modules, seminars, and workshops on effective management of partnerships for business, CSOs and government agencies. In the context of one of our focuses – providing access to and sharing knowledge on partnerships – we plan to continue this work and institutionalise teaching and training in our organisation. Currently we are in de midst of further developing our teaching and training material including case studies, discussion papers, (online) tools, and practical guidelines and handbooks to strengthen partnerships in practice.

At the moment we can offer a number of options regarding training. Facilitated trainings or workshops can be based on ready-made modules as well as tailor-made training programmes regarding specific issues on of the partnering processes you encounter.

Our audience ranges from executives and business leaders to functional partnership managers, staff of the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Dutch embassies around the world, civil society organisations, students from universities and local practitioners from all types of organisations working on partnerships.

All our trainings concentrate on partnerships for sustainable development. Trainings are often built around one or multiple core aspects of such partnerships related to our ongoing research. Examples of these are:

  • Critical success factors for partnering,

  • Theories of change in partnerships,

  • Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs),

  • Strategic partnership management and partnership portfolio’s,

  • Business models and inclusive business in partnerships, etc.

Below you fill find a few examples of trainings we have provided in recent years.
