Tijdens hun tour (2001) aan de provincies van Nederland bezochten Prins Willem-Alexander en Prinses Maxima in Zeeland het dialysecentrum van Recreatie park de Banjaard. Hepatitis B/C en MRSA-negatieve patiënten uit Nederland en het buitenland kunnen er terecht voor bicarbonaat-haemodialyse, haemodiafiltratie en haemofiltratie en zodoende met het hele gezin op vakantie gaan. Het Oosterschelde ziekenhuis in Goes exploiteert het dialysecentrum in samenwerking met Roompot Zeeland Vakanties.
