The CCC aims to conduct academic research that can be published in top academic journals and that can be applied in practice by managers. In other words, we do not research for the sake of research alone, but always keep the reality of business in mind. In addition, we have a strong interdisciplinary focus, making use of insights from psychology, sociology, communication science, and other disciplines.
