The past 2 years have been hard, maybe you’ve been extra busy or perhaps there were fewer interesting things to do because of the closed campus. Studying and working from home certainly hasn’t made things more fun, our mental health is under pressure.
RSM has taken the initiative to support student well-being with a new programme to gain more control over your study life; it will give you a chance to feel more connected in these difficult times, by developing (together) smart and creative solutions for stressful (or not motivating) tasks and situations.
Your study life should be a source of energy and enthusiasm, not something that makes you hang in there as long as possible.
Is a toolbox based on scientific research that allows you to design your own daily study life into a better experience: less stress and more flow!
Study-design is done by using study hacks; these are small changes in the way you approach a specific task or situation in your study life.
This programme consists of three components (lecture, workshop and weekly coaching; see schedule) and you need to attend all of them:
With this programme we strive to provide you with the skills to work towards a healthier study-life balance.
Registration opens on SIN-Online (via channels: Studieadviseurs RSM, RSM IBA Study Advice and RSM MSc Study Advice) on Monday 17 January at 12.00 and closes Tuesday 1 February at 23.59 hrs.
