Women transforming business:  Building and creating powerful networks

Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, 'Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? ' Actually, who are you not to be?

Description:

Even though women have made progress in moving to higher-level leadership positions in organizations they still face incredible challenges. This masterclass,  presented by Dr. Dianne Bevelander, Executive Director Erasmus Centre for Women and Organisations (ECWO) at RSM, addresses the issues of women in business, particularly the challenges that women face when climbing the corporate ladder.

This will be an interactive workshop focusing on leadership skills, gender bias and networking. The goal is to network, share experiences and debate on issues around gender balanced leadership.

The event will conclude with interactive networking drinks.

Participation fee: €30,-

All proceeds will be donated to Erasmus MC for Ovarian cancer research
