For recruitment managers, one of the biggest drivers behind managerial success is the ability to hire great people. But recognising talented candidates only gets you halfway there; how can you improve the way you bring them on board? Join our four-hour workshop and get more insights on how to attract top talent, using the latest management research and more than 20 years of headhunting experience.

Fill the gap between recognising and interviewing top talent, and engaging and keeping the best people to drive your business forward. Join our workshop on 16 May.

During this workshop you will be provided with concrete actions and tools which you can take and apply the next day. You will:

  • understand the self-image of the best candidate for the job
  • understand the best candidate’s perspective of the employment market
  • understand how top talent behave in the selection process
  • analyse your own attitudes to top talent.

This workshop will be led by Dr Bart Dietz and Drs. Rainier Beelen. Both are Partners at Career Openers, an Amsterdam-based (executive) search firm. Bart is Assistant Professor at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. His research focuses on recruitment & selection. His articles have been published in the Journal of Marketing, and the Journal of Applied Psychology. In addition, his research has been covered by several Dutch media and magazines for professionals.
