As Head of Learning & Development Ruben Vermaak is responsible for Onboarding, Learning, Training & Personal Development for Bynder global. Currently residing in Amsterdam after spending 3 years in Boston, MA, for the launch and expansion of Bynder's first US office. As part of the People & Talent team, Ruben has been an evangelist for the Bynder culture for the last 7.5 years and counting. In 2019 Bynder was a top 3 finalist for the Best Onboarding Award for its unique (remote) Onboarding Program. Ruben graduated from the Rotterdam School of Management in 2011.

Manoj Harasgama - Founder and MD at JOIN Solutions AG (www.join.com).

Manoj has over 13 years of experience in ventures and venture capital across Europe. As a serial entrepreneur he has built startups from Berlin, Amsterdam and Zurich with multiple funding rounds and exits to his name. His companies were backed by Axel Springer, Ringier Digital Ventures, EQT Ventures, Earlybird, Project A Ventures, founders of Booking.com, Piton Capital, 500Startups etc. His companies are featured in Wired Magazine, TechCrunch, FAZ, etc. He is also founding partner at Spicehaus Ventures and an advisory board member at Spicehaus Partners. Other mandates include being a mentor at KickStart Accelerator, Red Bull Basement Academy and guest lecturer at the University of St. Gallen (HSG), ESADE Lull University in Barcelona and other renowned business universities across Europe.

He holds an M.A. in Accounting and Finance from the University of St.Gallen (HSG) and a CEMS M.Sc. in International Management obtained at the Rotterdam School of Management (RSM) and HSG."
